Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time & Cost

  • Standard Delivery (5-7 business days) – β‚Ή40
  • Express Delivery (2-4 business days) – β‚Ή80
  • Free Delivery on orders above β‚Ή300

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your package.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high demand during sales/festive periods.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier may attempt re-delivery.
  • After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for re-shipping, which may include additional charges.

7. Address Changes

  • Address changes can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund.
  • If the package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged product.
