We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, you can request a return or exchange as per the policy below:

   

1. Eligibility for Returns

     
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
   

Non-returnable items include:


  • Customized or personalized T-shirts
  • Items purchased during sale/discount offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
   

2. Return Process


  • Initiate a Return: Email us at yogeshpm89@gmail.com with your order number and product images.
  • Approval: Once approved, we will share return instructions or arrange pickup (where available).
  • Shipping Cost: We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items. In all other cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
   

3. Refund Process


  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
   

4. Exchange Policy

   

We offer exchanges for size-related issues. Please mention the correct size when requesting a return


If the required size is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.


5. Order Cancellations

   
  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
