      All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or payment details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in real-time for your protection.    

   

3. Payment Confirmation

   

      Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.    

   

4. Failed Transactions

   

      In the event of a failed transaction where money is deducted from your account but you do not receive a confirmation, please allow up to 24 hours for the payment to reflect or be refunded automatically. You may also contact your bank for transaction status.    

   

5. Refunds for Online Payments

   

      Refunds (if applicable) for online payments are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
